It's 2011!!!!!!!

hello readers....
and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I'm here to wish you all will have a very cheerful and good year in 2011...
I'm also wishing myself to be strong enough to face the challenges in this year...

well, today I'm here to share with you guys on what i did on last 28/12-30/12 2010...
on these days, I've attended a counseling course named "Mapping Youth Future" a.k.a.
"唤醒青少年并规划他们的未来" under Yongiway organized by 林氏公会...

only Lilin knew that I've attended this course because she and her mum suggested me to join..

in this 3 days, I've been busy for whole day and felt a large-scaled tiredness....
the reason is the course took 13 hours per day, which is from 8.00am to 9.00pm...

on the first day(28/12/2010), I've been taught on how to be adaptable to environment, fast and creative...
well, i think I'm quite good in performing these skills...nothing to be worry about..
we(11 members) have worked together as a family of Horse(according to Chinese Horoscope).....
it was a tough day for me to become a good leader because some of my member wasn't put 100% input during the activity...they doesn't open enough to work, discuss even talk...
i can't blame that because everyone needs their own time to adapt to the new and unfamiliar environment..

then, we have sang Happy Birthday song using our family's voices, so horse's voice was used by us to sing the song...the event is funny, because I'm thinking on how to "talk" as a horse...

then we were also danced according to the animal's special characteristic..
everything doesn't proceed as i planned and the performance was kind of 4/10 marks..

not even that,we have created our own cake according to our family's animal..
and together,we have created a cake of our mentor's face..
here, we played with the cake and team worked together in this task...quite a happy ending..XD

then, we have released our anger by scramble the yoga mat...
we(male member) have scrambled 2 towels until the towels torn up...

after that, we have learnt how to train our vocal and volume...
we are also did a meditation to release our anger...
lastly, we have learnt how to sing a song with different expressions..
and also practiced to sing "You Raise Me Up" by Westlife..

second day(29/12/2010), we still continued with Dr.Yong's lecture and group discussions..
then continued our song practicing activity..
after that, we have learnt how to release stress and relax our mind and body, by "Laughing and Vomit Hardly"
well, this is a part where i can't perform well,because you need to laugh hardly, then vomit...
i can laugh, but i can't vomit in front of many people, into a plastic bag with some transparency...

the next thing we did is another meditation to express the sadness part of us...
then, we are also exposed another way to release our anger by "Hit the Mattress"
it was a fun activity because you would be relaxed after you doing this...
and my both hands were injured by the mattress..

right after having lunch, we started to create our own 舞狮...
but in this case, we have create according to our family's animal...
and for my team, we have to create 舞马...
it was a difficult task for us because it is difficult to create the head of a horse..
besides, we are also need to create our own material to create melody and rhythm..
on 7.30pm, the "Animal Dance"competition was started...
on the competition, our group have won "The Best Drum Award"...
for the event, i have learnt some skills on 舞狮...
and i'm hoping that i can learn more in future...

on the third day(30/12/2010),which is the last day, we have a lots of lectures to be attend..
then, we have a "Imagine & Express" which we have to face to face on one of our member(one on one)..
with the help of hand-to-hand and songs, we are able to express everything in the deepest of our heart..
honestly,all of us were cried...

later, again, we all hold our hand,
and together,
in a comfortable environment and songs,
shares and expresses our feelings and stories..
then, Dr. Yong told us about his past stories...

after that, we are exposed another way to express our anger,
other than "Hit The Mattress",called "Get Up If You Can"..
in this activity, a person will lay on a mattress,
then about 6-7 people will hold that person so he/she cant get up...
thus, the person will used his/her energies to fight so he/she can get up..
it was a tiring and sore throat event for me, because it requires a lot of energies...

after the activity, we all gathered together for the last discussion...
and it will be our last practice for singing...
it was a sad part for me,because we all will going to separate and continues our own live in future..
after that, on 7.30pm, our graduation event was started...
we all have sang  "Negaraku " and "You Raise Me Up" together...
it was very touching event there...

after all the coarse, I really learnt a lot of things..no matter from my team, even from Dr.Yong..
Sixth sense, thinking thought's killer, don't think, do only ONE time of revision...
even some of his thoughts are the same with mine, which that thoughts were not acceptable by most of the people...and i feel proud of that...XD


as a conclusion,
3 days were the most tiring days for me, because it took about 12 hours there...
3 days were the most successful days for me, because most of the activity i can fully participate,
and be a good leader...
3 days were the most failure days for me, because i can't fully socialize with others,
as I'm quite an "old man"  at there and I'm from different school than others...
and i didn't really make a friend too, as i didn't take their Facebook account and handphone number...
even my own group, i don't have their Facebook account or handphone number and even i didn't take picture with them....and that's make me so down...
but luckily, I'm accidentally found some of them through Facebook....and that's make me feel lucky..
maybe it's a new year gift for me...

Anyways, Happy New Year to my family, friends and people around me...XD

今天呢～～

今天是第一次我用华语来写博客。。。

惊喜吗？？ OS:一点也不惊喜耶～～XD

今天呢，真的是过得很一般，就跟文锦，江氏姐妹以及江妹男友一起去看了《童眼》 这部戏。。

这部戏，该怎么说呢？？
很刺激，不错看。。。
吓人的部分是有的，当然更吓人的就是江氏姐姐的尖叫声咯。。哈哈哈哈！！！

看完过后呢，就在那边做两个小时的拉子。。^^

P/S:刚刚去mall那里看到了我想买的名牌鞋子。。（不要说我很爱名牌爱现哦，人人都爱名牌啊，只不过这次是我第一次要买名牌鞋子，想要尝尝穿那类鞋的滋味。。XD）

鞋子是很好看，不过没有我要颜色。。看来要换下颜色口味了。。>.<

当然呢，也顺便提一下，明天呢（4/12/2010），江氏姐妹跟文锦将会离开民都鲁各自继续深造。。。

也没有舍不得的心情啦，今年发生在我身上的分分离离都已经够多了，所以也已经习惯了。。。而且，他们有不是去到国外啊，没什么好舍不得的。。。

当然啦，也祝福一下人家啦。。

希望他们好好读书，好好照顾身体，安全。。Hwaiting!!!!

不过啊，还有另外的重点。。
今天呢，也是为了要发泄发泄心里一些困惑，压力等等那类的就是了。。

第一次出现的悲观：

自从从国民服务回来之后至今，发生了很多很多很多很多的事情。。
不管是好的，或者是不好的。。。

不好的回忆呢，一个个都已经盖过好的回忆了，让我变成“灰色小孩”。。。
我也不想一件一件的事情说出来，因为我想忘记它们。。

跟家人的，
跟朋友的，
跟周围的人
以及
跟自己的事情。。
虽然，这些事情，
有时会让我很快乐，
很幸福，
但也会让我很沉重，
让我很累，
让我想放弃一切。。

经常嘻嘻哈哈，
hiao来hiao去，
看起来健壮阳光，
即坚强的我，
虽然很不喜欢在大家面前露出，
悲观的一面，
变得很脆弱，
很没用的样子。。

但我很爱面子，
不喜欢把丑的一面给大家看，
我只想表现出乐观的一面，
来掩饰我的丑的一面，
因为我不想周遭的人，
都因为我的悲观，
而也影响了他们，
因为我也是很容易受心情影响的人，

所以，
只要我快乐，
只要我开心，
只要我幸福，
周遭的大家也会开心，快乐，幸福，
这样，
我才不会变成大家的负担。。

伪装，很辛苦吗？
我会说，
不会，一点也不。。
因为，当大家在享福时，
我也乐在其中。。

当然，
一直都很开朗又坚强的我，
感觉能够克服一切的我，
感觉没有悲伤的一面，
在悲观的情况下，
也希望有人关心，
也渴望有人安慰。。
但，
我就是hiao，
很爱面子的小孩。。

当我自己开始变成悲观时，
那时就会想说，

“我很累，
我不行了，
我好想大哭一场”

哭，
当然是忍不住一切时的动作，
并不是解决的方法，
也不想被列为“爱哭鬼”。。

在这半年里的事情所憋的事情，
仅仅地困在心里，
频频地发生，
让我无法把它们给忘记，
让我很难过，
很想放弃一切，
不想再继续下去。。

我常常跟朋友说，

“有什么事情一定要说出来，心里才会安心下来”

不过，
现在，
我自己都没有做出来。。
所以必须得在这里释放出来。。

为什么不会跟朋友或家人诉苦？
也许活在现在的残酷又现实世界，
偶尔会让我觉得，
我应该相信自己多过于别人，
偶尔会让我觉得，
我不应该相信“他们”。。

“他们”指的是谁？
我也不知道。。
可能是家人，
也许是朋友，
或许是自己。。

我只知道，
大家快乐，
大家幸福，
大家享福，
我就很好了。。。

当然，
你们一定会，
很讶异，
很惊喜，
很奇怪，
我今天写的博客。。
当然，
你们也会说：
“不要悲观啦。。”
“为什么你会这样写？”
“最近发生什么事情吗？”

我只想说，
最近真的很累，
心里不平衡，
可能压力太大，
只是想释放压力，
不用太担心我。。

悲观完毕！！！

好啦，我现在不想再说什么了。。
方正，心情有好转一些些。。
也不想悲观太久，
因为我很爱面子，很hiao。。。
哈哈哈哈哈哈哈！！！^^

Today's mood～～

Sorry to my friends, as I update my blog for a long time....

right before my final year examination on 28 October 2010, I have paused my blogging...XD


well, during my exam week (28/10/2010-4/11/2010), I have suffered from exam stress... memorizing Biology's notes, Chemistry formula, Mathematics' formula etc etc....
P/S: during Biology Paper 2, I've memorized Girls' Generation aka SNSD's Hoot chorus part....>.<
The "Hoot" song was so nice and cool...until today, I still addict to it...XD

Right after my exam week, I have attended Majlis Anugerah Pelajar Cemerlang on 6/11/2010...I also attended for it's rehearsal on 5/11/2010...nothing happened on the rehearsal day, it just a boring day...

see, too boring already...

but, on 6/11/2010, i felt so excited to meet my former 5s1 classmates...although they just a few of them, but it satisfied me...they came to the ceremony is to get their incentive as their EXCELLENT and WELL DONE result in SPM...well, I'm also included in the list...HAHAHAHAA!!!

it was a great morning because we have chatted a lot of things in the past few months...

By the way, in that ceremony, I have received 5 awards: First in class, First in Lower Six Science, Best in Biology, Best in Mathematics and 7A's in SPM...well, the first 4 award is according to our Topical Test on August...it's not that official test, but it is a good incentive for me, because it shows that i able to adapt Form 6 life in short time...^^

then, at night of that day, I have join the Jamuan Akhir Tahun Koperasi SMK Kidurong Berhad in Everly Hotel..I join the dinner because I am one of the "salesman"...

nothing happened, it just that the food is delectable and delicious...and we've played so many fun things,like teasing and taking photos...

then, on 12/11/2010, Biology class continued our biology project....quite enjoyed with the process...XD

well, that day was exhausted, because we have to stay until evening to do our experiment...

on 13/11/2010, we still need to come to the school to continue our experiment as some of the experiment had to be done by days...

then at evening, me, aboy aka Joseph, Cindy and Colin were meet up in Parkcity Mall...it was called small limteh actually, as aboy was came back to attend the 10th anniversary of Chinese Club on sunday(14/11/2010)...during in mall, me and aboy have bought hair dyer...to dye our hair~~XD

 this is 4 of us limteh in Tenson Bubble Tea~~

it was quite fun and enjoyable evening...then, me, cindy n aboy together with cindy's sister and friend went to San Fransisco Cafe to taste it's drinks and cakes...the price was so "low"~~ well, it was a fun experience too~~XD

 these are iced-cappuccino... the taste was so unpredictable~~^^

 then this is aboy's milk...hahahahah!!!!

that day was another busy day...but I felt happy too...XD

on 15/11/2010, we still rushed for our biology experiments, as we have told that our school holiday was to early...it was a happy and sad news....I felt happy because the holiday was to early, and sad because the experiments were not done yet and we still need go to school during holiday to complete the experiment...

right after Mr. Yong came to find us, he said that those are not cells... instead, those are dirts~~hahahah!!!

on 19/11/2010, our Biology class, again meet up to go to library to search info about soil...it's quite tiring because we have to spend time to look the books related to the soil, then search the info inside the book...and we need to have 10 references in order to complete our project...

when the library was closed during 11.30am till 2.45pm, we have spent time playing in Summertea....

well, quite boring right now...because now i'm blogging, facebook-ing, homework-ing n maple-ing...nothing to do liao...XD

yesterday at school, we have a special assembly for the celebration of the Independence Day...after that, we have our experiment to observe the Zea Mays leaf and Helianthus leaf...

well, i have taken a few picture throught the microscope...

well, then we received new member in our class....her name is Fanny...XD
